Description
Lightness, colour and high-tech materials were the highlight attributes to convey with for the design of a product display area for the ONE SERIES Reebok running shoes within the promotional event held in Montjuic Park last October , amid a busy community of sports opinion leaders .
To achieve this, a group of slender translucent and color LED backlit display units were designed: Along their surface, thanks to digital dye cutting, the shoes “floated” as works of art in a museum. The transparent polycarbonate planes, besides letting through the light coming from the LED edge strips hidden in the profiles, served as background for a carefully crafted graphics developed by ” Sofa Experience ” while a delta shaped metallic foot, similar to that described in the brand logo, endowed the set of structural stability and autonomy. For the exhibition lay out, the studio resorted again to the shape of the delta, and the displays of varying height , stood amid a triangulation of lighting totems that added dynamism and colourfulness to the overall atmosphere .
